Account Deletion Request

How to request removal of your personal account or an entire Farm account and its data.

You may ask us to delete your personal user account (your profile and data tied to you as an individual user), or to delete a Farm account together with all data associated with that farm in Rhythmos (including tasks, forms, media, and other records stored under that farm), subject to any legal or operational retention we are required to maintain.

Personal account deletion

Deleting your personal account removes your user profile and associated personal data from our services as applicable, in line with your request and our policies. If you are the only administrator of a Farm, we may need to confirm how farm data should be handled before or after your user deletion.

Farm account deletion

Deleting a Farm account is a broader request: it covers removal of the farm workspace and all data linked to that farm, including operational records, uploads, and configuration for that farm. This action is typically irreversible.

How to submit a request

To request deletion of a personal account, a Farm account, or both, send an email from the address associated with your Rhythmos account (or clearly identify the farm name and your role) so we can verify and process your request.

Include what you want deleted (personal account, Farm account, or both), the farm name if relevant, and any details that help us confirm your identity and authority. We will respond with next steps or any information we need to complete the request.
